As an architect, Mr. Ricciuti has been responsible for supervision, design and execution of both new buildings and building upgrades. A member of the firm since 1988, he has a comprehensive background that includes exterior design and restoration of new and existing commercial and residential buildings. He is involved with a majority of L+M’s architectural construction administration work.
Representative of the projects that Mr. Ricciuti has worked on are a proposed Brewster Ice Arena in Brewster, New York; the proposed site development of Yonkers Green on Yonkers, New York; a new grade school for theYeshiva of Lincoln Park School in Yonkers, New York; a warehouse addition to the American Specialties, Inc., ASI Warehouse in Yonkers, New York; and a gym for a Fifth Avenue residential building in New York City.
Mr Ricciuti received an Associate Degree in Applied Science Civil Technology from Westchester Community College in 1988.
